First, here is my YouTube channel with videos of recorded episodes:
Shakespeare Illuminated.
Shakespeare illuminates us, and we hope to return the favor. Our live web show, Shakespeare Illuminated, shares an appreciation of Shakespeare’s brilliance and demonstrates how an Oxfordian perspective on the plays explains so much about them. Professor Michael Delahoyde, university Shakespeare instructor for decades, escorts viewers through the plays, and selected scenes are enlivened by actors throughout the presentations. Italicized play titles on the main Shakespeare web page here signify those we have recorded and a couple on deck.
So far, we have examined:
Much Ado About Nothing (March 2024)
Julius Caesar (April 2024)
Romeo and Juliet (May 2024)
A Midsummer Night’s Dream (June 2024)
Hamlet: Part 1 (July 2024)
Hamlet: Part 2 (July 2024)
King John (August 2024)
The Taming of the Shrew (September 2024)
Special Topic: Chaucer Hidden in Shakespeare (October 2024)
Macbeth (November 2024)
These initial episodes were sponsored by the Shakespeare Oxford Fellowship.
After a too long hiatus, we return with Anthony and Cleopatra in late 2025 or early 2026, now sponsored by The Shakespeare Foundation.
And with actor scenes, we continue to be supported by key members of the UK’s De Vere Society.
Also, without you needing to throw in with any particular candidate but acknowledging there is at least some question to be explored, sign the Declaration of Reasonable Doubt along with luminaries, academics, everyone and anyone.
[N.B.: More links to past shows are forthcoming.]
