Dialogue: Lots of touchy-feely soul-searching injectslifeblood into the story.
Vampires: Traditional or Not? These vampires are as Victorianas they come. While most of their characteristics follow thetraditional Bram Stoker mold, each of these vampires has a distinctpersonality.
Vampires: Physical appeal? YES, YES, YES!!!! Louis’ssoulful gaze and sensitive lower lip attract many appealinglybuxom female victims.
Gore Factor: Lots of blood, slayings, and burnings makethis movie a slasher with brains. Interesting note: vampiresdo indeed possess internal organs.
Scariness/Suspense: This movie is more a bloody vampiresoap opera than a horror flick.
Target Audience: Brad Pitt and Anne Rice fans, line up!
